What Is Covered Under Warranty

  • Defects in bead threading or stringing.
  • Manufacturing flaws related to clasps, metal components, or core structural parts.
  • Premature loosening of knots or structural inconsistencies in the bracelet foundation.
  • Tarnishing of metal elements only if caused by material defects.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by accidental impact, pulling, bending, or improper handling.
  • Breakage caused by external force or collision.
  • Exposure to chemicals such as perfume, alcohol, sweat, or cleaning agents.
  • Natural wear of beads (surface lines, micro-cracks, fading) due to daily use.
  • Bead damage from water exposure, bathing, swimming, or sauna.
  • Stretching caused by excessive force or wearing a size not appropriate for your wrist.
  • Any repairs or alterations done by a third party.
  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective upon arrival).
