      Refund policy

      At MOKA, every piece is crafted with care. This Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges and store credits for purchases made through mokadao.com.

      Shipping & delivery

      We provide complimentary worldwide shipping on eligible orders. Once your order is confirmed, it will typically be prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel has been shipped.

      Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs clearance and local courier performance. Any delivery timeframes communicated are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

      Duties, taxes & import fees

      Orders shipped outside of our originating country may be subject to import duties, taxes and other fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in the prices shown on our Site and remain the responsibility of the customer.

      Because such charges are set by local authorities, MOKA is unable to calculate or prepay these amounts on your behalf. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

      Eligibility for returns & exchanges

      We want you to feel aligned with the pieces you choose. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions listed below.

      All returns and exchanges require prior approval from our customer care team. Please contact us with your order number and details before sending any items back to us. Parcels returned without authorization may be refused.

      Condition of returned items

      To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following requirements:

      • The piece is in its original, unworn and unused condition, free from signs of wear, damage or alteration.
      • All original packaging, certificates and accessories (including tags, pouches and boxes) are included and in good condition.
      • The product has not been customized, resized, engraved or otherwise modified specifically for you, either by MOKA or a third party.
      • The item has not been repaired or altered after delivery.

      MOKA reserves the right to assess the condition of any returned item and to decline returns that do not meet these standards.

      Non-returnable items

      Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

      • Customized or made-to-order pieces tailored to your specifications.
      • Items that have been engraved, resized or altered after purchase.
      • Sale or final-sale items clearly marked as non-refundable at checkout.
      • Items returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale.

      If you are unsure whether your piece is eligible, please contact us before placing your order or initiating a return.

      Refunds & store credit

      Approved returns are generally issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on mokadao.com. Store credit will be issued in the original order currency unless otherwise agreed with our team.

      In some cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a refund to your original method of payment. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes and other charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

      Return shipping

      Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, including any customs duties and taxes incurred on the return shipment. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as MOKA is not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

      Resizing & adjustments

      If the fit of your bracelet or jewelry is not as expected, please contact our team. Where possible, we may offer one complimentary resizing or adjustment for eligible designs. Additional adjustments, or services requiring significant work, may incur a fee and additional shipping charges.

      Resizing services are subject to the technical limitations of each design and to our assessment of the item's condition.

      Processing time

      Once we receive your returned parcel and confirm that it meets our conditions, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you by email when your store credit or refund has been issued.
